Free Plan
Because no payment is made for the free plan, it is not eligible for a refund.
Free Trial
Cancel before a trial ends if you do not want a paid subscription. If it converts to paid, the charge is subject to this policy.
Subscription Payments
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal but does not refund the current period. Access may continue through the period end.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
